With competitive pay ranging from $25.60 to $32.00 an hour, you will be rewarded for your dedication and expertise.

As a Credentialing Specialist at Minnesota Urology, your daily expectations will involve a variety of essential tasks. You will be responsible for verifying the credentials of healthcare providers, ensuring that all required documentation is complete and accurate. What we're looking for in a Credentialing Specialist

To excel as a Credentialing Specialist at Minnesota Urology P.A., certain skills and qualifications are essential. A preferred background is the completion of an Associate's degree, along with 2-5 years of related experience; however, additional experience may substitute for formal education. A Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) credential is required, showcasing your expertise in credentialing protocols and industry standards. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial for managing multiple credentialing processes simultaneously.

Proficiency in healthcare software and databases for tracking applications and maintaining records is necessary. Effective communication skills are vital, as you will interact regularly with healthcare providers and insurance representatives. Problem-solving abilities will enable you to navigate challenges and ensure smooth operations within the credentialing process.
