Re:generation Ministry Manager

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The re:generation Ministry Manager is responsible for implementing and promoting re:generation at the Grace Church – Eden Prairie campus.
EVENT LEAD
Manage re:gen logistics. In the CCB database: events, calendar, groups, online registration forms, and room reservations. Order/maintain re:gen books, merchandise and related In/Out account.
Coordinate re:gen large group programming – i.e., teaching and worship schedule, ProPresenter slides, upload and share teaching videos.
Oversee re:generation childcare, including hiring, onboarding and scheduling of childcare staff.
Coordinate re:generation volunteers, including creating and implementing a weekly system to manage logistical support needs/roles. Ensure weekly logistics run smoothly.
GROUP SUPPORT
Support re:gen step groups – i.e., group set-up, calendar, scheduled emails, commencement logistics, attendance reports.
Support re:gen leadership team – i.e., weekly meals and training materials.
Oversee onboarding of new leaders, setting up trainings, and off-site annual retreats.
Provide support to re:generation mentors, including training details, training materials, mentor check-ins, and ongoing communication through the steps.
Collaborate with Adult Ministry re: Mentor Needs.
Develop/support reporting and statistical analysis of re:generation as needed.
PROMOTION LEAD
Develop strategy for promoting re:generation internally and externally, in collaboration with Communications.
Work with Communications/Live Design on all branding, slides, clothes, social media posts, website updates, etc.
Collaborate marketing efforts with Chaska and re:gen Students.
OTHER
Manage re:generations’ ministry budget.
Other duties as assigned.
PROFESSIONAL AND SPIRITUAL EXPECTATIONS
Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience required: 5+ years.
Knowledge areas: Word, Excel; comfortable with computer-based database applications, reservation procedures, various platforms through Grace Church, etc.
Computer applications: Expert
Communications: Writing, phone
Management/Leadership Experience: Helpful to have had experience in leading groups in performing specific tasks, organizing and maintaining several types of projects at once.
Strong administrative skills are necessary. Good “people” skills are a must. Must be warm, caring, and responsive to the spoken and unspoken needs of others.
Flexibility for evenings/weekends. Monday evenings is required, including participating in re:generation (once). Optional opportunity to lead going forward.
