Behavior Support Technician for Children with Autism
On Track MN is a parent and child development center focused on providing high quality effective intervention to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other related conditions. Our team of behavior technicians provide client focused, developmentally appropriate relationship based intervention services.
Using the techniques of applied behavior analysis, we teach functional communication, social - emotional connection, sensory regulation, self-care skills, and so much more!

Seeking Full-Time position Monday - Friday up to 35 hours.
Seeking a Part-Time position Monday - Friday up to 20 hours.
Experience with individual with autism spectrum disorder or related conditions such as Fetal Alcohol Disorder, Down Syndrome or other Developmental Disabilities.
Enrolled in higher education or has a Bachelors or Masters degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field of study.
Ability to work with children in their natural environments and maintain a variety of postures such as, kneeling, sitting, standing and lifting for extended periods of time.
