What You’ll Do
Minnesota Urology P.A. is hiring a full-time Front Desk/Receptionist to support a smooth, welcoming check-in experience at our Edina clinic. This role exists to keep patient flow organized, communication clear, and registration accurate from the moment patients arrive.Key responsibilities include answering and routing calls on a multi-line phone system; checking in and registering patients; verifying demographics, referrals, and insurance eligibility; collecting co-pays; and entering information accurately in Athena. You’ll also help ensure needed records are available for appointments, follow clinic supply protocols, maintain a professional reception area, and complete the daily deposit and balancing process.Qualifications:- High school diploma or GED- Minimum 1 year front desk experience- Appointment scheduling experience- Clinic experience strongly preferred; insurance knowledge a plusIf you’re ready to bring professionalism and care to the front desk, apply today.

With competitive pay ranging from $18.40 to $23.00 an hour, you will be rewarded for your dedication and expertise.
A Typical Shift
Your day starts by getting the reception space ready for clinic hours and reviewing the schedule so you can anticipate busy periods. You’ll greet a steady mix of new and returning patients, switching between quick questions at the counter and time-sensitive items coming in by phone. Between arrivals, you’ll track down missing paperwork, coordinate with teammates to keep visits on time, and stay organized as priorities change. Before heading out, you’ll wrap up end-of-day items so the next morning begins on solid footing—then enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays.
