Cottage Grove, MN | $42–46/hour + Benefits | Day Shift (6:30 am – 2:30 pm)
Join our team as a Maintenance Planner! We’re looking for an experienced professional to plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities that keep our manufacturing facility running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule daily maintenance/repair work
Coordinate with production, contractors, and craft personnel
Estimate labor, materials, and parts needs
Manage preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
Track work orders and parts in CMMS (SAP preferred)
Support safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
4+ years industrial/facilities maintenance experience
Blueprint reading required
Mechanical/electrical systems knowledge a plus
Strong computer and CMMS skills (SAP preferred)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
