
Responsible for acting as a liaison between system developers, architecture, and user departments or customers in providing new requirements for systems, preventive maintenance of existing systems and analysis and development of solutions to business problems using new or existing technology.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Applies a high level of technical knowledge and guidance to assigned projects.
Demonstrates ability to support projects that are highly complex and large in scope.
Aligns with key business partners to serve customers.
Provides a moderate amount of knowledge pertaining to the current business models and is able to understand many of the impacts associated with any new or modified applications or work processes to the organization.
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent oral and written communication to all areas and levels of the organization.
High-level ability to adapt and adjust aspects of assignments to accommodate the change in the business model or approach.
High level of analytical ability to resolve complex issues while considering both the business and technical aspects.
Coordinates and executes unit, integration and user acceptance testing.
Prioritization of work requires some overall direction and demonstrates an understanding of many of the business impacts priority.
Moderate level of mentoring of the other Business Analysts to aid with their current knowledge and skills.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
A working knowledge of user procedures, concepts, problems, and requirements.
A background of business systems definition and/or development.
Experience in preparing business and user requirements, system specifications, and process/workflow modeling skills.
A demonstrated ability to logically perform problem determination and resolution.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Organizational ability to work on several projects concurrently.
Work independently with minimum direct supervision.
Demonstrates superior inter-personal skills, conflict resolution and negotiating skills.
Preferred: Experience in waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
Required: Demonstrated full proof of vaccination against COVID-19 prior to start date.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Four year B.S. Degree preferably in Business or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
Minimum three years in a Business Analyst or similar position.
