We are recruiting a Day Treatment Program Manager to provide services program oversight along with clinical services to clients admitted into the CTSS day treatment program through our Lakeville, MN ARMOR Day Treatment program. This role also performs client-oriented activities and related professional services in caring for the intellectual, psychosocial, physical and spiritual needs of the clients. ARMOR stands for Assertive Relationships, Mindful Openness, and Regulation. These are results teens can experience when they enroll in the ARMOR program. This community-based day treatment program is a set up in care for a teen who has regressed or plateaued in the traditional outpatient counseling setting. This program provides a safe, structured environment to help teens overcome emotional and behavioral challenges. This program is a qualifying CTSS service under the state of Minnesota. We are actively seeking applicants for this position who align with our mission and values and have a strong desire to learn more about integrating Christian counseling practices based on these principles.
This is a full time role and the applicant selected will be eligible for Christian Family Solutions' full benefits package. This benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, short and long term disability, 401(K) plan and match policy, and PTO. Hours for this position are generally 8am- 4:30pm, Monday - Friday.
What you will be doing
In this role, you will oversee and manage the CTSS program and client service delivery including community based skills work. You will supervise mental health professionals and practitioners providing services in the CTSS Day Treatment Program. You will also be providing Christian based counseling services by facilitating psycho-educational groups, process groups, individual and family therapy for clients admitted to the ARMOR program.

Qualifications:
Must hold or be working towards valid MN mental health licensure. Full licensure is preferred.
One to two years' experience in management within a behavior health clinic setting, three to five years preferred.
Valid MN driver’s license. May be required to have driving record approved by the clinic’s insurance company.
Willing to uphold a biblical worldview in the clinical setting
Active member of WELS/ELS or other confessional Lutheran church preferred.
Tactful, dependable, and courteous personality.
Demonstrated practice of ethical conduct.
Conduct all services and therapeutic activities from a Christian-based clinical theological perspective.
Position involves exposure to aggressive/combative clients. Must be able to successfully complete aggression control training.
Responsible for following established employee safety rules and practices within the facility.
Willingness to model Christian faith based principals and behavior consistent with the beliefs and mission statement of WLCFS.
