District C Coordinator | Up to $109,098/annually

This position has the flexibility to telework, work a hybrid schedule, or work in the office. The incumbent will be required to make a telework arrangement with their supervisor. The incumbent may be expected to work in the office on occasion.
Our District C Coordinator position will provide professional planning and programming of MnDOT’s statewide program (District C); along with leading the development and administration of the District C Area Transportation Improvement Program (ATIP).
In addition, this role will oversee and ensure that the District C State Road Construction (SRC) and non-SRC budget is managed in a fiscally responsible manner. This is vital to MnDOT’s Capital Highway Program to secure federal highway funds and state trunk highway funds to deliver on MnDOT’s commitments of maintaining roadways, bridges, safety, and the continual contribution to other modes of access consistent with the Transportation Programming & Investment Committee (TP&IC) direction.

Here are the minimum qualifications:
Three years of advanced professional experience in administering statewide programs.
Experience must also demonstrate the following:
Experience in strategic program analysis sufficient to plan future programmatic ideas and give updates on program progress and reporting.
Experience in financial management and analysis sufficient to apply them to strategic planning, problem identification, and resolution.
Experience and knowledge of budget policies and practices sufficient to prepare and review program budget and fiscal documents and other accounting functions.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in planning, geography, urban studies, political science, or public policy substitutes for six months of advanced professional experience.
