Finance Systems Security Administrator | Up to $81,557/annually

This position has the flexibility to telework, work a hybrid schedule, or work in the office. The incumbent will be required to make a telework arrangement with their supervisor. The incumbent may be expected to work in the office on occasion.
In this position as a Finance Systems Security Administrator, you will:
Administer the assignments of Statewide Integrated Financial Tools (SWIFT) security roles and coordinate the annual security role conflict process assigned by MMB
Analyze and resolve questions or problems encountered by system users relating to financial systems, including Resource Consumption Application (RCA) and Statewide Integrated Financial Tools (SWIFT)
Analyze and assist in the development of business processes and user / system documentation for financial processes across the department
Work with subject matter experts from across the department to determine best practices related to financial systems and procedures.

Here are the minimum qualifications:
Three years of professional experience that demonstrates:
Experience with large complex computer systems and security, to include monitoring security access and granting security roles.
Experience researching and analyzing system functionality and business processes to propose business best practices.
Experience writing technical documents such as system procedures, processes, or business documentation for end users.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or information technology may substitute for one year of professional experience.
