Our Plant Maintenance Engineer Helper position will assist the MnDOT Metro District Golden Valley Plant Maintenance Engineer in performing skilled operation, maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, equipment and other mechanical systems. Position Overview

Role Summary

As a Surgery Scheduler, you’ll coordinate surgical appointments so patients, physicians, and partner facilities stay aligned and informed. This role exists to keep surgery plans accurate, timely, and clearly documented while supporting a smooth patient experience.

Key responsibilities include coordinating surgery dates/locations, sharing prep and arrival guidance, confirming insurance requirements, and maintaining accurate physician surgery calendars. You’ll document in NextGen/UroChart and help ensure needed pre-certifications, prior authorizations, and referrals are in place.

Required qualifications/skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- At least 1 year of surgery scheduling experience
