This position has the flexibility to telework, work a hybrid schedule, or work in the office. The incumbent will be required to make a telework arrangement with their supervisor. The incumbent is expected to work in the office once per month.
Our Pedestrian & Bicycle Data Program Coordinator position manages the statewide Bicycle and Pedestrian Count Program administered by the Office of Transit and Active Transportation (OTAT). This requires ensuring the Count Program is developed and coordinated to be in alignment with identified statewide bicycle and pedestrian goals, objectives, policies, and procedures. Oversight of the program requires establishment, management, and analysis of program performance measures to ensure successes and gaps are appropriately addressed. Performance measure development and application is expected to further agency and office goals for advancing active transportation throughout Minnesota.
*25% in-state travel is required to install, remove, and troubleshoot counting equipment.

Here are the minimum qualifications:
Two years of advanced professional experience in administering statewide programs.
Experience must also demonstrate the following:
Experience with data collection and evaluation methods, issues, and/or planning processes.
Experience with data analysis and management systems.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Administration, Planning, Public Health, Geography, Business, Finance substitutes for six months of advanced professional experience.
