This is a community-based role where you will accompany one of our client work crews to a local business, providing job coaching and other employment supports.

OS team members spend their days coaching groups of individuals at their workplace, implementing community-based recreational activities/outings, and providing supports to meet our consumers' physical, emotional, and interpersonal needs. Minnesota Urology P.A. is hiring a full-time Front Desk/Receptionist to support a smooth, welcoming check-in experience at our Edina clinic. This role exists to keep patient flow organized, communication clear, and registration accurate from the moment patients arrive.Key responsibilities include answering and routing calls on a multi-line phone system; checking in and registering patients; verifying demographics, referrals, and insurance eligibility; collecting co-pays; and entering information accurately in Athena.
