Description:
We are hiring a full-time staff to work in our preschool program. The shift is 9:30 a.m.– 5:30 p.m., we do have some flexibility in the exact hours. Benefits: Health Care (premium partially covered), Vacation, Sick time, and option for Simple IRA match and AFLAC.
Our center embraces play-based learning. We want staff to bring an attitude of discovery and curiosity to the classroom. Our staff work in teams to share plans, notes, and care for the children. As a whole staff we meet monthly as we share insights, ideas, and new trainings that help keep our program running smoothly.
Bethlehem Child Care typically operates at capacity, and we often have a wait list. This speaks to the value we have in quality staff and in providing engaging opportunities for children. Besides having a large variety of materials for children to explore indoors, we have a lovely playground and enjoy being outside each day the weather is between 0 and 100! We have a high retention rate with teaching staff of about 7.5 years – staff enjoy working here.
