We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers over the phone and in person by providing product and service information and scheduling service calls. Our family-owned and operated company has been providing customers with great quality water since 1972.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls and emails
Schedule install and service appointments, along with deliveries
In-person and over-the-counter retail sales
Service and Sales lead management
Manage and update customer information in Service Titan
Troubleshoot customer questions
Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and services
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience
Team oriented
Attention to detail
Adaptable
Strong communication skills
Being able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ambition to succeed and want to support a growing, family-oriented business
Service Titan experience is a plus but not necessary
