Position: Senior Financial Services Client Service Representative
Reports to: Director, Client Services and Financial Advisor/Partner

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking an individual to join our team as a Senior Client Service Representative. This role is essential to our client experience and requires initiative, building customer relationships, confidentiality, and time management. An ideal candidate is always looking for ways to assist the team and take on new tasks that may arise as the business changes.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
· Provide superior client service while interacting directly with clients
· Support day-to-day business operations pertaining to opening and servicing accounts for insurance, investments and 401(k) products
· With proper licensure, process account trades and other transactions as directed by the Advisor
· Prepare information for client meetings and follow up on tasks after meetings
· Maintain and manage the client relationship database
· Identify and implement process improvements
· Work with broker/dealer and other service providers to ensure an optimal workflow and resolve issues
· Maintain files in accordance with compliance and record retention policies.
· Perform other allowable duties as assigned by the Financial Advisor and Director, Client Service
· Use a variety of systems used for account management and client service
Minimum requirements in terms of educational background, work experience, licenses /certifications or other knowledge, skills, and abilities.
· College degree or equivalent work experience
· Passion for delivering superior client service
· Experience using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
· Able to work independently
· Reliable and consistent in a fast-paced environment
· Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities as needed
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ethical, able to maintain confidentiality
· Desire to work in a small team environment
Preferred qualifications:
· Previous securities/financial services experience
· Possess a Series 6, 7 and 66 securities licenses
