We are looking for a Site Category Analyst to join our Site Category Management team at Fingerhut, a market-leading FinTech organization. The Site Category Analyst works to execute, deliver and innovate to drive business goals and improve our customers’ experience. This role is highly cross-functional; working closely with internal Marketing, Site Operations, Creative, and Merchandising groups. This role allows you autonomy along with the ability to learn and grow your career at Fingerhut. As we encourage internal growth and development you’ll have the opportunity to rotate to other teams to more deeply understand our business, challenge yourself, and work with other leaders.
The role can be based out of our Eden Prairie, MN head office within our hybrid environment that requires team members to come into the office once or twice a week.

The Business Analyst is a key member of the team that through collaborative working in an Agile environment, focuses on improving our solutions for our digital experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with Sr Category Manager to develop and execute cross-category, innovation, and promotional strategies
Executes Site Strategy for non-category specific content
Build, maintain and optimize webshops
Create and deliver promotional briefs and project intakes
Work cross-functionally with Merchandising and Marketing to execute promotional content
Execute and proof promotional content for emails
Deliver and execute customer-facing content on the website
Analyze promotion and highlight performance
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
2+ years of relevant work experience or a degree
Strong work ethic with a desire to innovate
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize/reprioritize as needed
Problem-solving/troubleshooting capabilities
Maintain focus and accuracy under tight deadlines
Passion for the consumer, history of driving great customer experiences
