Leadership
Utilize the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to lead, manage, and hold the finance team accountable (LMA)
Work with direct reports to establish goals & expectations for each year
Clearly communicate new policies and procedures to ensure team works efficiently
Serve as the administrator and SME for our company-wide ERP, NetSuite
Assist direct reports in furthering their skills in personal and professional development
Administer payroll and monthly commissions

Reporting/Compliance
Prepare, analyze, and coordinate monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Audit and report results to leadership
Oversee annual budgeting process and review forecasts and variances to provide financial insight
Implement and monitor effective internal controls
Transactions
Accounts Payable
Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, match up purchase orders, apply discounts, core employee credit card expense reports, and implement and maintain cash flow
Accounts Receivable
Oversee the invoicing and collection activities of Summit
Own the RMA (returns) process, with strong attention to detail on the financial portion
Monthly financial valuation of inventory
Tax
Corporate Tax
Comply with State and Federal corporate income tax to assure the accurate delivery of all corporate income tax returns, utilize key knowledge around favorable tax codes, and assist independent CPA in preparation for annual returns
Sales & Use Tax
Oversee Sales & Use tax processes to ensure compliance
Cost Awareness
Manage office costs
Ensure accuracy in employee expense reports
Employ critical thinking in all areas of operating cost
What We Need from You:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or another relevant degree
5+ years of accounting leadership experience with increasing responsibilities
Exceptional leadership skills
Experience with a high number of sale transactions, including E-Commerce
Proven strategic, analytical, and reporting experience
High sense of urgency
Microsoft Excel expertise – adept knowledge of advanced formulas and pivot tables
Exceptional critical thinking skills
Ability to report technical, numerical, and complex data to the Leadership Team
ERP systems experience (NetSuite a plus!) and willingness to lean into technology, creating efficiencies and automation
Ability to collaborate with and maintain strong, positive business relationships with all internal departments, outside customers & vendors, and direct reports
Strong verbal and written communication skills

In the Operations Manager position, reporting to the President, you would be responsible for providing leadership over the operations departments in our two facilities. To be successful, you must excel in efficiently leading and incorporating the vision of Summit 360 to ensure the company maintains and exceeds its operational goals and reporting procedures. The Operations Manager works both at a high level and hands-on to lead by example and ensure the high-quality standards of our products are delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct the Warehouse, Tech, and ITAD teams through LMA (Lead – Manage – Accountable), following the EOS Traction business model
Primary participant on the Summit 360 Leadership Team as a department advocate
Build and maintain relationships with Operations Supervisors, company departmental heads, external partners, and vendors to collaborate and clearly communicate
Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives in both facilities
Be the “Operations Expert” with focus on managing workflows in shipping (import/export), receiving, inventory management, technical testing and quality assurance
Hire, onboard, train, and develop Operations Teams with a focus on time management, productivity, quality, and efficiency
Ultimate accountability for Quality Assurance: Report, manage, analyze, and make corrective improvements where needed
Work with Finance to develop and manage the Operations department budget
Consistently meet with direct reports to coach, mentor, discuss goals and development, and to manage performance
Become a subject matter expert in our QEHS Management System
Ensure the company runs in compliance with RIOS, R2, and OSHA standards
Communicate and collaborate with other departments on daily workflows and special projects as needed
Work closely with human resources to lead the team with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or logistics, warehouse management, or business preferred
Proven leadership experience at the management level
Professional experience with Enterprise IT Equipment or ITAD Services preferred
Hands-on warehouse and technical management skills (not a desk job)
Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands
Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including sales/ inventory management, RMAs/returns, customer service, production, and employee management
Proven ability to develop innovative solutions for increased productivity
Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities
Outstanding written and verbal communication and people skills
NetSuite and Warehouse Management System experience preferred
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics with an emphasis around quality
Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 pounds

Business Development Representative

Computer Hardware Technician
***Starting at $17+ per hour***
8am-5pm schedule, Monday through Friday. No weekends, no late nights, no early mornings!
Always focused on a positive culture and continuous growth, Summit 360 is searching for a Computer Hardware Technician to join us at our IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) Facility. This position is the perfect opportunity for the motivated, hardworking individual!
As Computer Hardware Technician, you will be responsible for assisting in multiple functions of the ITAD Operations department. The responsibilities include testing and documentation of used servers, networking, and data storage equipment, hard drives, RAM modules, power supplies, and network cards. Additionally, you will be responsible for other general responsibilities. You will work with a wide variety of IT hardware brands, including Cisco, HPE, Dell, and IBM equipment. The position requires an ability to multi-task with competing priorities and to work productively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. This is a great opportunity to join a driven, hardworking team and company!
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist with processing incoming equipment shipments
-Evaluate, document, and report the condition and configuration of a wide variety of used IT networking, server, computer, and data storage devices
-Functional test components such as switches, routers, wireless access points, network cards, power supplies, hard drives, RAM, network cards, power supplies, processors, etc.
-Certifiably wipe and/or destroy Hard Drives
-Disassemble, reassemble, configure, and refurbish a wide variety of used IT equipment such as computers, servers, networking, and data storage devices
-Install Operating Systems as needed
-Lift, carry, and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs. on a consistent basis
-Operate a forklift to move equipment on a consistent basis
-Other duties and projects as assigned
Key Qualifications:
-Associate or Technical degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or applicable field (relevant work experience)
-Familiarity with computer hardware
-Warehouse and forklift experience a plus
-Detail-oriented, excellent time management skills, driven work ethic, and ability to prioritize to meet critical deadlines
-Ability to successfully deal with questions and resolve issues individually, interdepartmentally, and as a team
-Must be mechanically inclined, hands-on, and have good hand-eye coordination
