Reports directly to Purchasing Manager
**Hybrid position based out of the Twin Cities Metro**

This position is an ideal opportunity for the driven, versatile sales professional who is riveted by growth opportunity and driving their own business.
As Wholesale Broker, you will be responsible for buying and selling equipment to the wholesale market. You will be focused on building strong relationships to procure a continuous incoming flow of surplus equipment. The Wholesale Broker also works closely with the end user team for accurate pricing and takeout numbers. Fast-paced and relationship-oriented individuals will thrive in this position.
We'll Ask You To:
Call and develop relationships with leasing and asset recovery companies, ITADs, VARs, and smaller non-stocking resellers to allow continual incoming flow of surplus equipment
Purchase desktops and laptops for Summit 360 inventory below the price of the wholesale market
Stay up to date on hardware technology pricing, status, and demand
Utilize LinkedIn, BrokerBin, and other social media platforms to obtain equipment
Prospect by phone, email, and referrals
Buy and sell desktops, laptops, and workstations on the wholesale market, while maintaining and managing inventory within your budget limit
Support the End User Sales and ITAD teams with accurate wholesale market and surplus take out (spec buy) pricing in a timely manner
Work with E-Commerce to supply product for online sale
Provide back up support for Cisco and HP Brokers as needed
What You Bring:
Relevant experience in the IT industry and inside sales
Exceptional customer service skills
Organized and strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to influence others
Ability to multitask and utilize all resources available to exceed goals
A highly focused work regimen with the ability to self-manage and thrive in an entrepreneurial team environment
Demonstrated drive to succeed, exceed goals, and make money
Awareness of product market trends
Proven excellence in negotiation and overcoming objections
