We are looking for a Web Content Specialist to join Fingerhut, a market-leading FinTech whose mission is to help its customers establish, build, or rebuild their credit! This role will be based out of our Eden Prairie office which operates in a hybrid work setting.

The Senior Site Operations Specialist is a key member of the team that through collaborative work in an Agile environment, focuses on building and improving the digital experience for our customers.
The Web Content Specialist will be responsible for leading the team in maintaining the daily management of site experiences, content and promotion implementation on Fingerhut.com. This role is looked upon as the expert on an execution team that utilizes tools and automation to improve efficiency in a fast-pasted and changing environment. The role can be fully remote in certain designed states or based out of our Eden Prairie, MN head office within our hybrid environment that allows team members the opportunity to come into the office once or twice a week.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide best practice leadership on the Site Operations team
Build tools and functions to automate regular production refresh activities
Implement and improve onsite content solutions
Develop personalization capabilities using in-house and third-party segmentation tools
Schedule content in Bluestem’s content management system
Act as a liaison with our eCommerce Product teams to pilot and make production content systems and functions
Take initiative to understand the business value while executing customer segmentation, content strategy and promotional planning
Develop and troubleshoot HTML, CSS, and JavaScript on general content as well as issues related to promotions
Document, train, and support staff on the use and improvement of tools and functions.
Ability to work as a team as well as lead multiple larger cross-functional projects
Collaborate and communicate with multiple stakeholders to continually drive the best customer experience possible while meeting business objectives
QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of experience within eCommerce or related field
Strong coding ability in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as well as the ability to troubleshoot
Enthusiasm, creativity, and desire to work in an innovative team that has a strategic focus on overall company growth
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines
Background using a Content Management System to publish content on websites preferred
Experience with A/B testing and customer segmentation a plus
