GENERAL SUMMARY
This Salesforce Developer II will share responsibility for our Salesforce instances and integrations. As a Salesforce Developer II you will work closely with the Vice President, Information Technology & Data Engineering, and business partners on business and technical requirements to support the delivery of Salesforce workflows and applications. You should have excellent organization and problem-solving skills. Your goal will be to develop high-quality software that is aligned with user needs and business goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Develop tools, applications, and APIs by producing clean, efficient code
2. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix bugs and improve products
3. Document development phases and monitor systems

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1. 2+ years of Salesforce Administration using Sales and Service Cloud, Flows, etc.

3. 2+ years of SOQL
4. 2+ years of Visual Force
5. Strong communication and problem-solving experience
6. Experience delivering software using an Agile/Scrum methodology

GENERAL SUMMARY
The Web Developer II will share responsibility for our cloud-based applications (primarily using Angular, Node.js, and microservices). As a Web Developer II, you will work closely with the VP of IT and Data Engineering and business partners on business and technical requirements to support the delivery of an optimized Web application for our customers. You should have excellent organization and problem-solving skills. Your goal will be to develop high-quality software that is aligned with user needs and business goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Develop tools, applications, and APIs by producing clean, efficient code
2. Take ownership of the following Productions/Dev/QA applications: Find a Dentist, Online Store, and Broker Rate Calculator.
3. Ensure all applications with all of their dependencies are source controlled and that the Read Me-Set up documentation is up to date describing step by step how a new developer should configure the application on their computer.
4. Create a new document describing the architecture behind each application
5. Own and manage the CICD pipelines associated with each of the applications
6. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix bugs and improve products
7. Document development phases and monitor systems
8. Other duties - as assigned.

GENERAL SUMMARY
This role is responsible for processing incoming mail, courier deliveries, package deliveries, and interoffice mail in order to provide timely and accurate service. The Office Coordinator (part-time) also handles the office supplies and upkeep of the office.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsible for mail services including:
Mail machine operation
UPS shipments
Sorting and distributing of interoffice and incoming mail
Interacting with couriers and delivery personnel

Ensuring the office is adequately stocked with mail supplies
