Objectives of this Role
Work with the Leadership Team to ensure company objectives are executed and that company policy and culture are aligned appropriately
Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packages
Oversee, refine, and execute employee standards and procedures, using and improving existing and recommended systems and processes
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records
Responsible for the process of managing contract creation, execution, storage, compliance and renewals across all departments
Payroll, commission processing
System administration for internal and benefit administration systems. Ensure record accuracy and completion.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Support departments in the development and delivery of strategic HR plans to fit with the overall business direction
Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies, procedures, and reporting
Champion the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for all employees and their role in relation/ to the overall vision
Build strong relationships with external suppliers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration
Handle confidential matters with discretion
Draft contracts for Recruiting, Sales and Operations and manage the signature process workflow
Administrative duties as requested include, but are not limited to weekly and monthly reporting, budget tracking, inventory tracking, invoice review, etc.
Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.
Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.
Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension or renewal according to what’s best for the company.

Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of experience working in Human Resources
Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
Ability to learn and adapt quickly
Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
Strong in the full Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and in a team
Shows emotional intelligence in the workplace
Discerning when setting priorities and goals
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
Must have a valid driver's license
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in HR or an operational support role
Detail-oriented and organizational by nature
Proficiency with Microsoft One Note and Sharepoint
Understanding federal, state and local HR laws
Experience working in Monday.com
