DailyPay is seeking a bright, organized, and detail-oriented analyst to join our rapidly growing company. This individual will be accountable for proactively monitoring the health of DailyPay operations, including data exchange, revenue uptime, operational risk indicator, incidents, and other KPI’s as part of the newly formed Global Ops Mission Control.
The Global Ops Analyst will be called on to identify, remediate, and/or escalate operational anomalies in partnership with Global Ops leadership. In this role, you’ll utilize information from multiple sources to make data-driven decisions, lead initial troubleshooting efforts, and initiate action with appropriate partners. Success in this role will rely on a combination of detailed understanding of DailyPay’s operational models, technical proficiency, ability to sweat the details while seeing the bigger picture, and a healthy obsession for operational improvement.

How You Will Make an Impact:
Become an expert in our product, configuration and backend processes
Obsess over DailyPay’s operational, risk management, and revenue dashboards/metrics
Consume data from various internal and external sources and create inputs for our 24/7 monitoring capabilities
Identify operational anomalies using data input from multiple sources
Investigate alerts and provide first-line troubleshooting to mitigate service outages
Work with cross-functional teams such as Partner Support, Engineering, and other areas on troubleshooting, communication, and service restoration activities
Utilize knowledge/judgement to address user/partner issues throughout multiple operational processes
Provide on-call resource assistance with regard to incident and alert notifications
Partner with Global Operations leaders and cross-functional partners on process improvement efforts
Assist with various other operational tasks as required
What You Bring to The Team:
1-3 years of experience in operations, technology, or finance
Business Intelligence or data analytics experience with payments, payroll and money movement products, processes and controls, customer services, dashboard management
Strong analytical ability used to identify risks and confidently raise issues, escalate early, and engage in constructive credible challenge
Ability to take initiative and be proactive in problem-solving
Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
Strong and cross-functional communication skills
Flexible scheduling to meet needs outside normal business hours
Bonus Points for:
Subject Matter Expertise with operational money movement systems or DailyPay internal operations
An advanced degree in Information Services, Information Technology or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas in a straight forward and understandable manner
Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communications skills with an ability to interact effectively with stakeholders, to include virtual, matrixed leadership experience and the ability to effectively manage and build relationships within the business and business risk function
