This position exists to provide leadership, technical expertise, innovation, and coordination with Minnesota Information Technology (MnIT) in the storage, maintenance and reporting of State Aid data and applications. This position works to educate users, and ensure quality, integrity, stability, and usability of State Aid data and applications from the business perspective, while abiding by federal, state, and other requirements. This position works with MnIT and MnDOT offices on integration of State Aid applications with other related software systems and applications, and on quality control, and quality assurance efforts.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Two years of advanced professional experience in administering statewide programs.
Experience must also demonstrate the following:
· Experience with database management, data collection, analysis, and reporting methods sufficient to effectively compile, review, evaluate data and recommend outcomes.
· Experience with advanced statistical tools such as Arc Map, Arc Map Pro, or ESRI Story Maps to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis.
· Experience delivering training in a variety of forums (one-on-one, classroom, on-line, etc.).
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in (Business, Project Management, Computer Information Systems) substitutes for six months of advanced professional experience.
